As a company that creates “cute and easy-to-brush toothbrushes,” we manufacture 360° toothbrushes using a unique production method that is rare even on a global scale.
For more than 15 years, we have been manufacturing 360° toothbrushes, and to date, we have shipped over 15 million units in Japan and overseas.
A toothbrush is something used in the mouths of children and pets. That is why we place safety above all else and manufacture our products with a thorough commitment to quality.
We are grateful that many customers have recognized the high quality of our products.
In April 2026, we changed our company name from Matsukawa Seiki, a name familiar since our founding, to Matsukawa Precision Co., Ltd., as we aim to take the next step forward.
We will continue to devote ourselves to creating products that combine design and functionality, delivering toothbrushes that are gentle, easy to use, and cute.

Our History
Founded in Iida City, Nagano Prefecture as Matsukawa Seiki,
a company engaged in CITIZEN’s watch assembly business.
As times changed, we transformed our business
and began manufacturing 360° toothbrushes
using a unique production method rarely seen worldwide.
Recognized for safety and high quality,
we expanded into OEM production and original-brand products,
growing into a company that has shipped over 15 million 360° toothbrushes in Japan and overseas.
Changed our company name from Matsukawa Seiki Co., Ltd.
to Matsukawa Precision Co., Ltd.
Launched “Hagu Care™,”
an advanced 360° toothbrush for children made with approximately 60,000 ultra-fine bristles.
